Sydney to Surfers Paradise

Australia Ride Stage 14

Friday 09 May, 2014 to Sunday 18 May, 2014

AllTrails ‘Australia Ride’ – from the cities to the outback, from the tropics to the southern ocean, from the red centre to the coast. These Australian bike rides are a series of supported road cycling holidays like no other.

Cycle away from famous Manly Beach and ferry across Broken Bay as you quickly leave behind the hustle and bustle of Sydney city into the north coast and Hunter Valley. Ride through the Great Dividing Range and enjoy the sights and scenery of Thunderbolts Way, named after the legendary Bush Ranger Fred Ward, also known as Captain Thunderbolt. Sights such as Wollomombi Falls, Oxley Wild Rivers National Park and the Clarence River will pass by as you make your way to Australia’s most Easterly Point at the Byron Bay Lighthouse before heading into the action of the Gold Coast and it’s world famous beaches. Join us for this AllTrails classic city-to-city tour – our ‘big ride’ of 2014.

Since you have come all this way, why not join us on our Surfers to Noosa tour departing right after this ride finishes. A more leisurely tour through the Hinterland for 7 days at an average of 67km/day. Book both tours for a $100 discount off both rides.

Monthly win-a-bike draw; the earlier you book, the more draws you are entered in.

We pride ourselves on organising adventurous, action-packed cycling holidays in interesting and scenic destinations and this fully supported ten-day tour from Sydney to Surfers fits the bill perfectly (Stage 14 of Australia Ride). We organise everything that you will need for the duration of your time with us; food, accommodation, luggage transfer, the best tour guides in the business, bike mechanic, great company and so much more, so that you can pedal away each morning without a worry in the world except which way to look to take in the amazing scenery.

Riders that participate in our ‘point to point’ tours enjoy camaraderie, sharing laughs and memorable experiences with their fellow cyclists, knowing that Phil and Susan’s expert preparation of the ride allows them to sit back and relax those weary cycle legs at the end of each day.
